Last week I explored Florence with Dani. Camera in hand and a little too late in the day due to bad timing, we quickly lost the sun after about 20 minutes. We didn't let that stop us. Exploring over the river and basking in the night lights of this pretty city, we shot for an hour before stopping at a cafe for hot chocolate and pasta. It was there that we met two older women that told us how lucky and jealous they were that we got to live in Italy. It is moments like that which leave me feeling the weight of this blessing known as Florence.
