Friday I had the pleasure of meeting some other photographers on the top of a parking deck. It was a meetup called the Birmingham Photo Walk. We walked around by the university hospital and surrounding areas for a couple hours and took photos. It was nice getting to take photos on the streets. It was difficult shooting in a downtown area that is slightly empty, but it was nice to watch everyone shoot and see how they interpret the world around us. I'm looking forward to the next meetup.
